Carta4d Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using carta4d's services. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to all terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the carta4d platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all additional guidelines and policies we may publish from time to time. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and carta4d as the platform operator.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use carta4d's services. carta4d reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The carta4d platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age required under the laws applicable in your location.
Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of carta4d services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Holding multiple accounts under the same identity is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. carta4d will never ask you to provide your password through any communication channel. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
All registration information you provide is subject to identity verification. carta4d reserves the right to request supporting documents for anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) compliance purposes. Failure to provide the requested information may result in temporary suspension or closure of your account.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a carta4d user, you agree to comply with all of the following rules when using the platform:
- Do not use the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse carta4d's systems, including any unauthorised attempts to access other users' data.
- Do not use automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to interact with the platform without prior written consent from carta4d.
- Do not distribute unlawful, obscene, threatening, or harassing content to other users through any feature of the platform.
- Do not engage in any form of fraud, game manipulation, or collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
- Adhere to all betting limits and game rules set for each category on the carta4d platform.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, and legal action where necessary.
Payments, Transactions and Currency
All financial transactions on carta4d are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits based on the selected payment method. carta4d supports local payment methods including DuitNow, Boost, and bank transfers via FPX.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to them. carta4d is not liable for any processing delays or failures resulting from incorrect information or third-party technical issues beyond our control.
All withdrawal requests are subject to carta4d's internal review process. carta4d reserves the right to hold any withdrawal until identity verification is fully completed. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered under the same account holder's name.
Any funds deposited through fraudulent means or illegal activity will be confiscated immediately, and carta4d will report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Carta4d provides this platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, carta4d is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, data loss, or financial loss.
Account Suspension and Closure
Carta4d reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for legal compliance reasons. In the case of a legitimate account closure, any remaining unused balance will be returned to the user once verification is complete, except in cases of fraud or serious violations.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on carta4d are the exclusive property of carta4d or its licensors and are protected under intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
Carta4d may contain references to third-party services such as payment processors. carta4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Users are advised to review the relevant terms and privacy policies of those third parties before using their services.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Carta4d reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the carta4d site. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated whenever changes are made.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to reflect the original intent of the parties to the extent permitted by law, and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
